This drug should not be used if you are allergic to any ingredient of Bimatoprost drops. It is included in a class of medications called prostaglandin analogs. This drug should not be taken by those who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, are breastfeeding and have some eye infection, swelling, inflammation or injury. Some side effects include body ache, cough, headache, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, tiredness, eye discharge, excessive tearing, increased sensitivity to light, darkening of eyelashes and increase in growth of hair.
